Liv is a Revenue Enablement guru with a passion for traveling! This fearless female found the space to create her own role in the enablement sector and has had the opportunity to visit almost all of our Britelands around the globe!

How long have you been a Briteling?

Just over 7 years. I hit my 7-year Briteversary in November!

Give us the tl;dr on your role

I’m the Sr. Manager of Global Revenue Enablement. I manage a team of enablement managers whose focus it is to train and develop our sales and customer success teams across the globe. I’m currently based in our Amsterdam office.

What has been your favorite project to work on at Eventbrite?

Leading the sales enablement strategy for 3 of our recent acquisitions — Ticketscript (Continental Europe), Ticketfly (North America), and Ticketea (Spain).

Has your role changed since you’ve been here? If yes, how has it changed?

So much! I started as a BDR in San Francisco back when there were just 2 BDR’s. From there, I went on to be an Account Executive on the registration team focused on growing our conference and non-profit categories. After 3 years, I created a role for myself in sales enablement and now manage a team of 3 enablement managers (Emma, Rafaela, and Stephen) scattered across the globe. I also relocated from San Francisco to Amsterdam last year to support European growth.

What’s your favorite part of your Briteland?

The view from the Amsterdam office is pretty hard to beat!

Have you gotten to travel to any of the other Britelands? What was it like?

Travel has been one of my favorite parts about being a Briteling! Over the years, I’ve spent time training teams on the ground in Nashville, Berlin, Antwerp, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Cork, São Paulo, and Melbourne. It’s incredible how the Eventbrite culture and spirit is embodied in each office with its own local twist.

What about Eventbrite inspires you?

It’s always been an exciting time to work at Eventbrite for me. We’ve never stopped pushing the limits — whether that’s from a product, international expansion, or cultural perspective. As a company, we take risks, we iterate, and at the end of the day, the people are genuinely connected to the mission.

What’s the best live experience you’ve ever been to?

Burning Man! I’ve been 4x and each year I’ve had a totally different experience. There’s really nothing like it.

What are you most passionate about outside of work?

Traveling to new countries and health/wellness. I recently enrolled in a year-long course focused on nutrition and holistic wellness!
