The newly formed Business Operations team is the special forces of data-driven efficiency for Eventbrite. Historically, Program Managers have sat within each team to use data to solve problems and increase efficiency within each team. As our business has grown, so has our need for data-driven, cross functional problem solvers to tackle challenges that span multiple teams. On this team, you will work with leaders across Engineering and Product, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Design to own mission critical, high priority projects from end to end.
We know that Business Operations and Strategy teams can take on many forms. At Eventbrite, our Business Operations team is a centralized team tackling challenges that affect our company as a whole. We work directly with the executive team to own any high priority projects. Day to day, we work on everything from strategic international growth to process optimization. We are dedicated to making recommendations to the business based on data. We solve the toughest business challenges through data analysis, strategic analysis, and process and optimization analysis. We are a full-service special forces team.
As a Business Operations Associate, you will be a key business partner to members of our executive team and company leadership. You will be presented with and challenged to seek out cross functional inefficiencies. You will analyze data to gain a deep understanding of problems, as well as make recommendations to business leaders based on your findings.
