Our Client Success team builds high-level relationships with our customers focused on service and engagement. The smart, passionate, creative and delightful team of Client Success and Account Managers partner with our largest and most complex organizers. THE ROLE

As a Client Success Manager on our Strategic Accounts team at Eventbrite, you will be the first line of contact and day to day operational point person for the organizers of some of our highest profile events.

YOU WILL

  • Oversee on-boarding and management of our top tier organizers
  • Proactively employ your knowledge of the Eventbrite platform to provide top-notch client support and strategy
  • Work with organizers and your Senior Account Manager counterpart to develop short and long-term account operations plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure client retention
  • Utilize your knowledge of what makes an event work to assist clients in executing successful events
  • Work with our product and on-site field ops teams to communicate the requirements for each event and client
  • Delight our customers by managing expectations and ensuring success both internally and externally

THE SKILL SET

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of Project Management and Operations/Client Strategy/Account Management experience
  • Experience managing relationships as well as a proven track record in retaining clients
  • The ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously, without missing a beat
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for driving customer success and retention
  • An analytical mindset and a creative, make-it-happen spirit
  • Experience using CRM software and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster enduring client relationships
