You will ensure their ongoing success on Eventbrite’s platform, and be the primary contact for renewal negotiations.

Eventbrite is seeking an Account Manager to join its client retention focused team based in London. Eventbrite UK is a dynamic, fast growing company and is looking for someone to help accelerate growth internationally. The Account Management team is responsible for retaining and growing strategic business partnerships with our highest value clients.
As the Account Manager you will play a critical role supporting the success of Eventbrite’s customers. Specifically we are looking for someone with Account Management experience in the technology industry, who can act as a strategic business partner for our clients in the UK market. Working cross-functionally with other Eventbrite internal teams, you will provide strategic support to Eventbrite’s customers. Building high-level relationships focused on service and engagement, the Account Management team are valued partners in ensuring the long-term success of Eventbrite’s customers.
