The team works together, as well as cross-functionally with other Eventbrite teams, to create exceptional experiences for our valued partners and ensure we’re delivering products and services that enables them to be successful. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with customer to ensure they are successful and grow on the Eventbrite platform.

THE ROLE

As the Technical Account Manager at Eventbrite, you will help our top customers realize the maximum ROI of the Eventbrite platform, and help the company build a profitable services practice that supports our core business and expands our revenue potential. You will oversee the day to day execution and delivery of a high-quality, predictable, and repeatable services model, which includes: customer onboarding and implementation, lifecycle management, and product and platform adoption.


YOU WILL

  • Proactively employ your knowledge of the Eventbrite platform to provide relevant technical recommendations, top-notch client support and strategy, and deeper adoption of products and solutions.
  • Work with customers to develop short and long-term event strategies that range from facilitating the setup of new events to providing recommendations related to on-sale timing and pricing of tickets to overseeing special projects like website redesign and onsite wristband fulfillment.  
  • Work cross-functionally with our Onsite, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Ensure prompt and complete resolution of technical challenges and business issues to meet customer needs, while managing customer expectations and coordinating with CSM counterparts on action plans and next steps.
  • Build relationships and help organizers derive value from the Eventbrite platform to ensure success and retention. 
  • Leverage your industry knowledge, best practices, and thought leadership to assist customers in executing successful events.
  • Delight our customers by managing expectations and ensuring success both internally and externally.

THE SKILL SET

  • 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience with a SaaS product.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail, and a resourceful problem ­solving attitude.
  • A passion for building valued relationships with customers and managing the financial impact that clients make to the overall organization.
  • An analytical and results focused mindset, coupled with a creative “make­ it ­happen” spirit.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and drive adoption. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of working cross functionally to resolve customer challenges or pain points.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Bachelor’s Degree

About our Cork Office

Eventbrite's Cork office is a listed, 19th century building that used to be home to a national bank. The high ceilings and huge windows create light and space for the busy, growing team and, at every turn, there is something to discover - from the office library to the real-life vault in the basement!

Having started out as a customer services base, the Cork office is now home to a host of different teams and has a distinct energy as Britelings across different functions collaborate and support each other. The kitchen is full of tasty snacks and you can grab lunch in the break-out area which features a specially commissioned piece of art by a local Cork artist.
