The Product & Category Marketing team at Eventbrite works to surface and champion customer insights to deliver the best possible Eventbrite product experience to our customers. Our efforts to connect creators with the value of the Eventbrite platform are essential in transforming Eventbrite into an iconic customer-centric brand that brings the world together through live experiences.


The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group of marketers, strategists, designers, storytellers and makers, who work across product groups and functions and countries to help our Creators succeed. As a business, we succeed when our event Creators succeed. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise and collaborators to connect with and support our customers at every touchpoint.


The Associate Product Marketing Manager, Music is responsible for executing go-to-market activities for Eventbrite’s products and solutions for the live music industry. This cross-functional role supports goals related to client retention, acquisition of new business, and engagement with the music community. They will work closely with product, sales, content, and customer success teams to deliver on strategic initiatives and communicate value to our clients.


  • Develop briefs and execute tactical go-to-market activities for feature launches aimed at music clients
  • Contribute to creating, editing, and deploying product and music marketing content, including product guides, customer emails, blog posts, videos, webinars, and more
  • Support creation and distribution of internal and external assets and resources with cross-functional teams
  • Support sales training to help Music Sales and Venue/Festival Success teams understand how to communicate the value of our products and solutions (in collaboration with Sales Enablement)
  • Understand customer segments, competitive landscape, and competitive differentiators for Eventbrite
  • Represent the voice of the customer on cross-functional teams by drawing on personal industry experience as well as rich insights generated in collaboration with the Customer Experience and Insights teams
  • Track and analyze the success of launch activities and their impact against KPIs and goals
  • Share insights from launches with Product Marketing and Product partners to help inform future product roadmap


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing, experience in the live music industry a plus
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, equally comfortable documenting product information and participating in an open-ended brainstorm
  • Familiar with live music industry operations and culture
  • A fast learner; able to absorb, synthesize, and communicate technical information to colleagues and clients in non-technical roles
  • Collaborative, constructive, and motivated by a diverse to-do list
  • Enthusiastic about music tech, digital marketing, and live events


  • Experience working for a music venue, festival, or promoter
  • Experience working with or on a creative team to produce content in multiple formats, including written word, video, and audio 
  • Comfort with (or even enthusiasm for!) presenting their work to internal and external audiences
  • A passion for live experiences
