The Product Marketing team at Eventbrite works to surface and champion customer insights to deliver the best possible Eventbrite product experience to our customers. Our efforts to connect creators with the value of the Eventbrite platform are essential in transforming Eventbrite into an iconic customer-centric brand that brings the world together through live experiences.


The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group of marketers, strategists, designers, storytellers and makers, who work across product groups and functions and countries to help our Creators succeed. As a business, we succeed when our event Creators succeed. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise and collaborators to connect with and support our customers at every touchpoint.


The Associate Product Marketing Manager, Retention is responsible for executing go-to-market activities for Eventbrite’s products and solutions, with the goal of retaining current clients by demonstrating how Eventbrite’s products deliver value. You will work closely with product, lifecycle marketing, regional marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment across all functions.


  • Develop briefs and execute tactical go-to-market activities for feature launches aimed at retaining existing customers
  • Contribute to creating, editing, and deploying product marketing content, including quarterly playbooks, customer emails, blog posts, and more
  • Support creation of internal presentations and shareouts with cross-functional teams and global teams 
  • Support the Customer Success teams efforts to effectively communicate the value of our products and solutions (in collaboration with Sales Enablement)
  • Understand product analytics, customer segments, competitive landscape, and competitive differentiators for Eventbrite
  • Represent the voice of the customer on cross-functional teams
  • Track and analyze the success of launch activities and their impact on retention business 
  • Share insights from launches with regional Product Marketing and Product partners to help inform future product roadmap
  • Partner with product and sales teams to help minimize churn by contributing to delivering increased value for existing customers


  • 2-3 years of digital marketing, product, or related tech experience in a SaaS company
  • Strong ability to coalesce various product features into a clear and comprehensive value-based product narrative and produce client-facing content such as webinars, email campaigns, educational blog posts 
  • Highly organized with experience defining and running numerous initiatives in parallel
  • Able to creatively and persuasively articulate how our products and solutions solve business problems for existing customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions to execute against shared goals 
  • Confident educating & aligning multiple stakeholders towards a shared vision and ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact
  • Superior conflict resolution and time management skills
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
  • Equally confident writing blog posts and analyzing data 


  • Experience launching or managing a customer loyalty program
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, Wordpress, SQL, Tableau, and/or Google Analytics
