We are scaling our People Operations team to support our domestic and international expansion, and continue our investment in our #1 asset: our people (our “Britelings”).
We are looking for a Benefits Manager in our San Francisco, CA HQ to join our growing People Operations team.
Eventbrite’s HR/People Operations team is dedicated to creating and delivering an exceptional Briteling experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle. We provide efficient and seamless partnership, people processes, policies, systems, and programs to our teammates. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Benefits Manager is responsible for the day to day administration of all Briteling benefit programs and implementation of new benefits initiatives. You will provide exceptional customer service support to Britelings on benefit matters, facilitate enrollments in benefits and new program roll-outs, and recommend improvements to service and delivery. You will be part of our larger Briteling Experience function which includes: HR Business Partners, People Operations, Recruiting, and Facilities, IT, and Program Management.
