This team is responsible for working with some of the most iconic events and venues in UKI and bringing them to Eventbrite.

You’ll be working with event organizers of everything from music festivals to concert venues to complicated registrations for beer festivals, conferences, and much more. As the Commercial Director, you will own the overall success of the team in the UKI region. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients and developing action plans where necessary. You will help develop and execute the commercial strategy as we continue to grow our presence in the UKI region. You will also be responsible for the retention and development of existing Eventbrite Organisers creating and executing plans to drive further value from the Eventbrite portfolio of products and services. You’ll be actively involved in the largest prospects of the team, guiding in the preparation of proposals and pitch presentations and helping to lead complex negotiations where necessary. You will be responsible for reporting on the success of your team, and you will act as the liaison between the commercial team and company leadership. You will also manage the individual performance of the Account Executives to help grow their skill sets. By coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management, you will ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team of Britelings. Lastly, you will provide Site leadership to the UKI office driving the cultural values and engagement of our UKI Britelings.
As Commercial Director, you will lead a dynamic team of sales people with differing experience levels from SDR to seasoned Account Executives. You will be responsible for all commercial activities and revenue targets for UKI. You will report into the VP of Global Revenue and work with them as well as with the Regional Head of Marketing, to build pipeline, develop strategy, create and execute on business success metrics, and consistently push your team to beat targets. You will also be a part of the Sales leadership team developing strategy and driving initiatives and tactical programs to deliver success for our Creators and through this, our Global sales teams. As Site lead for our London Britelings you will help drive engagement and overall strong cultural connection to the core values of Eventbrite.
