  • Be the voice of the developer internally when collaborating with Eventbrite product and engineering teams to help prioritize bugs and feature requests

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Coding experience in contemporary languages and environments – such as JavaScript, PHP, Objective-C, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby
  • Comfortable creating code samples across languages and debugging developer issues
  • Experience presenting to technical audiences, blogging, writing technical documentation, and/or developer outreach
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with experience writing technical content and explaining technical concepts
  • Deep empathy for developers and customers, with a passion for enabling and advocating for developer success
  • Creative, energetic self-starter with strong strategic intuition and excellent project management skills

  • Familiarity with Eventbrite’s APIs
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • A history of participating in developer communities
  • Experience as an event creator, producer, or support staff
  • Passion for attending live events
