We’re a small but mighty team that supports thousands of our largest customers. As Eventbrite grows rapidly, we’re looking to build our team and scale our ability to provide the best in class field operations resources globally. 


The Onsite Team at Eventbrite is responsible for making sure our largest events (think 100,000 person music festivals, mud runs, and international film festivals) go off without a hitch. We build servers in the desert, train thousands of event workers on how to use our products, and make sure that every person who attends an event on our platform gets into the event without a hitch. We are charged with the deployment of thousands of assets to events of all kinds, setting up secure networks, and training their teams to use our technology to make sure lines move smoothly and attendees have a seamless experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented, technical rock star to become the gatekeeper of the rapidly growing number of field operations assets in our San Francisco hub. In this role, you will be coordinating the day-to-day forecasting, assignment, packaging, shipping, tracking, and maintenance of Eventbrite’s entry-management hardware including ticket scanners, point of sale systems and ticket printers. Working closely with Customer Success teams and Event Creators, you will be responsible for the delivery of these assets to events throughout the country. 


  • You must work well in a diverse and highly collaborative team environment, and actively promote knowledge sharing in our organization
  • Working with Customer Success Reps and internal teams to assess, monitor, and update client hardware requirements 
  • Overseeing the approval process for all client hardware requests 
  • Packing, shipping, tracking, and confirming the delivery of assets to and from event creators 
  • Managing the asset tracking system and ensuring equipment is being utilized to its best potential 
  • Configuring and verifying the integrity of equipment before it is shipped to the field and after it returns 
  • Working with the Global Manager of Field Assets to forecast future hardware needs 


  • G Suite, SalesForce, FinancialForce, OKTA, JAMF, JIRA, Network troubleshooting, etc


  • 3+ years working in an IT asset management or technical support role in a rapidly growing company
  • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Experience in logistics and working with courier delivery services
  • Solid understanding of asset management and procurement business functions
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
