As our Stock Plan Administrator, you will serve as our functional expert in all matters related to stock administration and will be charged with ensuring that all Eventbrite employees are well educated and informed about our equity program and processes. We’re looking for a creative, knowledgeable and driven expert to partner with our employees and business stakeholders in Payroll, Finance, Talent and Legal.   


Based in Nashville or Remotely, our Stock Plan Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless administration of Eventbrite’s equity plans on E*TRADE (including options, RSUs, and a global ESPP), and will work cross functionally to maintain stock-related systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on public company stock administration experience, exceptional problem solving and communication skills, and be highly responsible, detail-oriented and resourceful. Additionally, this candidate will act as a proactive resource for plan participants at all levels of the organization. 


Our Stock Plan Administrator is a member of our Legal team, reporting to Eventbrite’s Senior Corporate Counsel. We partner across the company to develop creative and thoughtful solutions that drive the business. We’re a close-knit team that’s fun, fast paced and always willing to roll up our sleeves. 


  • Utilize your stock administration expertise to administer all aspects of Eventbrite’s global equity programs
  • Manage all participant equity plan transactions (e.g., grants, exercises, forfeitures) and ensure that they are correctly processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain the Company’s equity data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform, including new hires, terminations, new grants, etc. 
  • Work closely with the Company’s transfer agent, outside broker service providers, tax advisers and internal Payroll, Finance, Talent and Legal teams
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to employees, management, board members and others
  • Design and implement education programs to support employee understanding of Eventbrite’s equity programs and policies
  • Grow and scale the stock administration function by automating processes 
  • Assist with accurate and timely preparation of Section 16 filings
  • Assist with review of newly proposed 10b5-1 trading plans
  • Process information for mobile employee transactions
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc global reporting to meet internal and external compliance requirements
  • Assist with proxy preparation
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in laws that impact our equity plan and partner with the Legal team to recommend changes in practice
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested


  • Extensive experience administering equity programs
  • Strong working understanding of domestic and international equity programs
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering superior customer service to all levels of employees and internal/external partners
  • Working knowledge of SEC regulations related to stock trading, including familiarity with Form 4 filing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, business-friendly mindset with an ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment


  • Experience with a dual-class stock structure
  • Experience with E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online
