We are searching for a vibrant leader with expertise in both building and leading sales enablement teams to help Eventbrite’s revenue team exceed our targets! In this role, you will build a global sales enablement and training department supporting both sales and customer success to help us meet our revenue goals. You will use your operational, analytical, and training expertise to help us further improve our go to market strategies for Eventbrite products and services.
The Global sales and customers success team spans across 8 (and growing) countries acquiring and supporting thousands of customers across the globe. Today we have a small and powerful team supporting key training activities, and this individual will be tasked with building out the broader Global Sales Enablement function. The Global Sales Enablement team’s primary stakeholders include Heads of Marketing, Head of Sales, Head of Customer Success, and the International General Managers. Through partnership with these leaders the enablement team converts the strategies of these leaders into a functioning ecosystem and identifies areas for optimization.
