THE CHALLENGE
Eventbrite is a people-first organization. Our goal of building the global platform for live experience relies on the foundation of top talent and strong company culture. We are going to bring the world together again and this lofty ambition relies on evolving our compensation and benefits offerings so that our total rewards help power our goals. We want to offer benefits that reflect our culture and make our Britelings’ lives better. We want our total rewards to be highly competitive, reward and perpetuate great performance, and ensure we have no bias in our programs. That is where you come in!
THE TEAM
Our Briteling Experience (BX) team is charged with attracting, engaging, and retaining the diverse talent we need to win. We seek to understand the conditions of each team around the globe and lead solutions (increasingly proactively) to build the employee experience necessary for Britelings to perform exceptionally.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented Head of Global Total Rewards to design, develop, and execute our global Total Rewards programs. This individual will be a strategic leader who manages the team creating and implementing all things compensation and benefits, including base pay, commission and incentive bonus plans, equity-based programs, and an evolving global benefits program.
If successful, you will be widely respected for taking us from the solid structure we have today to testing and implementing creative solutions to build the total rewards program we need for tomorrow. You will help us navigate trends such as pay rates for remote and hybrid workers, a push for greater transparency in pay, linking total rewards to both external benchmarks and to what matters most to Britelings by level, function, and geo while reinforcing our high performance and dedication to building shareholder value.
This role reports to the Chief People Officer and can be based remotely in the US.
