Hundreds of thousands of event creators use Eventbrite to boost ticket sales, promote and manage events, handle onsite operations, and analyze results across multiple sales channels. With the best technology and service in the market, our sales team is responsible for acquiring new event creators to help Eventbrite become the leader in the Brazilian market.

We need an ambitious professional sales leader with experience managing both Business Development Representatives and Account Executives in an Inside Sales environment. You’re a strong coach who spends 50% of your time developing the sales team to be even better. You have experience managing the sales team to a set of KPIs that drive the revenue results we need.


Our Inside Salesteam is made up of professionals with high performance standard with a desire to win and be part of a winning team. Our BDR team is responsible for the first contact with new customers and works closely with Marketing to qualify leads into opportunities for our Account Executives to close. Our Account Executives are responsible for building and closing their own pipelines while also working the opportunities created by BDRs. Learn more about our team here. Sales in Eventbrite is challenging. We work with entrepreneurs who create events such as music festivals, complex conferences and gastronomic fairs. There is no equal conversation or a solution that suits all customers. We are creative consultants and work with large decision-making teams across different types of organizations.


- Manage a 8-10 person Inside Sales team, comprised of Business Development Representatives and Account Executives

- Increase performance through team development

- Analyze and monitor performance to identify opportunities and performance standards

- Use to help the team understand their results in different metrics

- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to manage quality of leads and closed/won business

- Analyze performance trends related to marketing campaigns and product updates


  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing sector
  • 2+ years experience in Inside Sales team management
  • Experience in development and onboarding of new employees
  • Experience working across departments including marketing, customer support and customer success
  • Strong leadership skills: coaching and development, communication, influence and empathy
  • Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas
  • A proven track record of overperformance
  • Analytical ability to understand and report periodical  team performance to company leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)
