Junior Salesforce Administrator

THE ROLE

As the Eventbrite business continues to grow and increase in complexity, we are looking to build on our team of dedicated salesforce administrators  responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system and the needs of our sales and marketing employee base.   This position is considered entry level.

YOU WILL:

  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com
  • Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
  • Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed

THE SKILL SET:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce either as an end user or in an administrative capacity
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, results oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever-evolving environment

BONUS POINTS:

  • Saleforce.com Administrator Certification
  • 1-2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
