We're looking for a talented and collaborative Legal Secretary to help drive organization and effectiveness for Eventbrite’s global legal team.


The Eventbrite Legal team oversees the company’s global legal and policy efforts.  We partner across the company to develop creative and thoughtful legal solutions that drive the business.


Eventbrite is seeking a Legal Secretary to support our General Counsel and Legal Team. We're looking for someone to help with all things legal: M&A, financings, compliance trainings, hearings, and offisites! This person must have excellent problem solving and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and passion for legal operations.


  • This role is supporting our General Counsel and Legal team
  • Provide day-to-day calendar strategy and management, research and background material compilation, travel coordination, and communication flow internally and externally
  • Manage communication and preparation of materials for the Board of Directors meetings, Board committee meetings, compliance trainings, hearings, offsites and other special events
  • Assist with routine legal work such as corporate entity maintenance,  filings, records management and due diligence
  • Take an ownership role in special projects related to M&A, financings, and legal operations


  • Demonstrated success at all levels of executive assistant tasks
  • 5+ years supporting legal, at a law firm and/or in house
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and flexibility
  • Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating Google Slide presentations and simple Excel/Google Sheet documents
