The Customer Success and Services team builds and maintains customer relationships with a focus on support, engagement, and growth. The Marketing Services Manager will manage and oversee the team of specialists that is responsible for managing the execution of revenue growth programs and campaigns. As a “player/coach” they will also be responsible for engaging with customers to execute successful marketing programs across a number of global markets. This includes email campaign creation and deployment, management of digital and social advertising campaigns, and analysis/compilation of data and strategic recommendations. The approach is consultative and action-oriented, offering guidance and recommendations based on marketing best practices. Success is measured by our ability to optimize client marketing initiatives to increase ticket sales.

Strong candidates for this position will be experienced leaders with a track record of managing marketing teams to deliver outstanding results. You will have extensive experience working with creatives, developing and implementing B2C digital marketing strategies, and driving operational improvements. You will be technically savvy, obsessed with data, and able to communicate strategy, trends and best practices in a clear and compelling way. 


  • Oversee and manage a team of services professionals with a focus on client retention and growth, process optimization, assistance in building marketing programs that deliver value to customers, and team development and career growth
  • Oversee the project definition, management and execution of Eventbrite’s marketing and specialized service programs, including but not limited to, email campaign management, data analysis and reporting, performance marketing, social promotion, and client communication/consulting, in order to maximize business impact and progress towards objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage project timelines, access data systems, process campaign approvals, and create and distribute content
  • Manage all aspects of customer engagements: strategy, planning, implementation and execution, optimization, and measurement
  • Collaborate with leadership to consistently analyze and refine operational processes and workflows to increase internal efficiencies
  • Measure volume, execution time, and cost of services rendered to clients. Offer insights on ways to improve efficiency and decrease costs
  • Support the Success and Services team by sharing marketing best practices for integration in client on-boarding and training materials. Create documentation to address commonly asked marketing questions not covered in existing materials
  • Support the Sales and Services team with hands-on involvement in the pitch process for top tier prospects


  • 5+ years of marketing experience with substantial, progressive leadership roles
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving aggressive goals
  • Highly comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
  • Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills; experience drawing recommendations from digital analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail, and a resourceful problem ­solving attitude
  • Ability to create and monitor business KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Ability to analyze data sets from multi-platform reporting systems
  • Ability to convert digital metrics into a story with thoughtful performance insights
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, specifically social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce), Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience with Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms (MailChimp, Hive, Emma, etc.)


  • Experience driving results at a SaaS or technology company
  • A strong affinity for live events
