As the business grows in complexity we need to establish and manage processes that helps us scale while still remaining nimble.


THE TEAM

The Eventbrite Portfolio Marketing team brings solutions to market that empower event organizers across the globe to achieve their goals using Eventbrite’s platform. The team is responsible for driving business growth by defining and developing market segments, packaging and pricing of our solutions, and building integrated go-to-market strategies that aim to inspire and differentiate.


THE ROLE

Do customer development and driving adoption and overall success for your business get you out of bed in the morning? If you love to act as a hub between sales, product, marketing, and most importantly, customers, we want to talk to you. As a Group Product Marketing Manager at Eventbrite you will lead the product marketing efforts for our most strategic products from customer targeting and messaging through global go-to-market execution and empowering our sales and customer success teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Portfolio Marketing, you will manage a small team of product marketers and work cross functionally in order to communicate the value of our solutions both internally and externally. Your experience working with a high-velocity, self-service product will help us accelerate even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed.

THE SKILL SET

  • Gain a deep understanding of Eventbrite customers and use this knowledge to create solutions and messaging that resonates
  • Design and seamlessly execute go-to-market plans that deliver on quarterly business goals. 
  • Collaborate closely with our product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams 
  • Partner with our enablement team to provide the content and deliverables that empower sales and customer experience teams to communicate the value of our solutions. 
  • Input customer and market perspective into product roadmap and to the segmentation and pricing team to ensure solutions align to customer and market requirements
  • Solid data skills and ability to partner with data science teams to apply data in relevant, meaningful ways
  • Assess market opportunities and develop strategies for addressing new and existing targets
  • Manage a small and mighty team of product marketing managers
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with 8+ years of experience overall
  • 3+ years of people management experience preferred

  • Experience in marketing within a two-sided marketplace (consumer/b2b)
  • Experience working as part of a global team
