Eventbrite’s APAC team have some pretty grand growth plans. We are Eventbrite’s fastest growing market, powering millions of tickets every year. We run like a startup, but with a proven, world-class product. Joining our highly successful marketing team, the Marketing Manager will specialise in demand generation and will be responsible for running creative, engaging and high-converting campaigns to build demand from event organisers and deliver inbound leads to our local Business Development team.


THE ROLE

The goal for the Marketing Manager is to deliver and nurture qualified, high value leads of new event creators to our Business Development team, deploying creative and engaging campaigns to educate them about the Eventbrite platform, and convert them to active users and loyal brand advocates.


This person will have expertise in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs which target event creators, marketers and decision makers, while collaborating closely with BDRs, BDMs, creative, marketing, external agencies and vendors.


You’ll own our APAC demand generation funnel, manage our database marketing and content marketing strategy, and have a strong understanding of how to leverage assets (such as short and long-form content, webinars, email marketing, social media and web) to deliver an audience-first approach.


You will develop high quality content that provides value to event creators — those using Eventbrite, and those considering us — that showcases our expertise and strengthens brand credibility.


You will understand effective audience segmentation and customer insights, and should leverage every touchpoint of the creator journey in order to achieve a robust MQL goal.


You’ll use data and analytics to optimise your targeting and conversion funnel, and use this information to plan 360-degree, full-funnel campaigns across every marketing channel, at every stage of the creator lifecycle. Your full-stack view of the creator journey will ensure you’re constantly looking for the best way to help them build their own success with our solutions.


To be successful in this role you will have a strong and considered balance between strategic planning and creative execution. You will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and be comfortable getting your hands dirty across multiple projects. You will feel comfortable diving deep into research and insights, as much as you do experimenting and thinking quickly to test new, spontaneous ideas.

YOU WILL

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, including (but not limited to) emails, paid media, content marketing, webinars, field marketing and more. Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimising campaigns at every stage.
  • Analyse, optimise and report back on campaign performance on a regular basis to local and global stakeholders.
  • Own the full APAC demand generation funnel, accountable to Traffic, Leads, MQL and SQL (# and $).
  • Manage quarterly forecasting, tracking and measurement for the region in partnership with Revenue Operations team. 
  • Pitch, manage and execute new campaign channel initiatives, including video, webinar, partnerships and more. 
  • Partner with the APAC Business Development team to ensure quality lead delivery and consistent follow-up according to established SLAs.
  • Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimise lead hand-off processes. 
  • Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, and brand marketing teams.

THE SKILL SET

  • Proven demand generation and growth marketing experience (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in full-funnel channel marketing programs, from concept to optimisation and execution
  • Working knowledge of conversion optimisation principles, analysis and understanding / interpreting meaning from data
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate brand voice through content marketing (including events, blog content, whitepapers, webinars and social media) both in terms of awareness and positioning
  • Experience across email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and ability to analyse and impact the customer journey through owned channels, creative and messaging
  • Ability to influence decisions, negotiate, communicate and present to stakeholders and leadership
  • Experience with the tools we use to power our marketing efforts, including Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress, G-Suite, Social Media, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and more. 
  • The ability to effectively and efficiently manage resources - including agencies or contractors - in order to achieve your goals
  • A working understanding of customer research, and the ability to build action from insight
