Over the past 10 years, the Eventbrite team has grown from a small but mighty group in San Francisco to a global community of 800+ employees in over 10 countries. We are scaling our People Operations team to support our domestic and international expansion, and continue our investment in our #1 asset: our people (our “Britelings”).The experience "Britelings" have in the office is central to their productivity and engagement. As part of the Briteling Experience team, you will work across the organization in our pursuit to live at the intersection of happiness and impactful work.


The Facilities team, as part of Briteling Experience (BX), supports Eventbrite and our team’s culture through creating great working environments and seamless services in the Briteland. We’re passionate about bringing a consistently delightful workspace experience to Britelings in our 11+ (and counting) offices worldwide. The Facilities team supports Eventbrite and our team’s culture through creating great working environments and seamless services in the Briteland. We are responsible for all administrative, facility, and operational support.


The office coordinator is responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our Cork office. The successful candidate is proactive, always thinks ahead and will ensure employees are well served and assist in operating the office effectively. Interactions with all internal and external contacts must be graciously and cordially stewarded.

You Will:

  • Have flexible working hours between 08:00 - 18:00
  • Be first POC for greeting guests and other Britelings visiting the office
  • Support and manage London office administration and operation needs
  • Manage central services; reception, mail, keeping the office and meeting rooms tidy, catering, onsite wellness, etc.
  • Ensure adequate stock of stationery, kitchen and other office supplies, and manage related vendors and budgets
  • Partner with HR and IT for on-boarding and off-boarding co-ordination including health and safety and fire safety
  • Liaise with the landlord, and/or building management, security and maintenance team on various day-to-day tasks.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues that occur
  • Ensure health and safety is maintained, and act as Fire Marshall while keeping abreast of all new regulations
  • Support the BX teams to ensure consistent and effective cross-functional communication
  • Organize office events, happy hours, off-sites, recruiting events, parties, etc.
  • Be a crucial member of the culture committee owning the execution of agreed upon social activities
  • Manage space allocation for new employees
  • Create PO’s/Supplier Invoices
  • Organise and schedule meetings for Regional Management team
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodging for Regional management and other staff members
  • Prepare and submit expenses for General Manager

You Bring:

  • Great communication skills an approachable demeanor and a great sense of humor
  • 1+ years of prior office management and facilities experience (in a start-up a plus!) and the ability to collaborate effectively with other operational heads in other offices
  • Creativity in social and fun activities that drive morale and positivity in line with the London culture
  • Exceptional organizational and ninja-like multitasking skills while juggling deadlines and priorities
  • Keen problem solver with an infectiously upbeat attitude. You know everyone’s name and can quickly build bonds with everyone in the office
  • Must be willing to roll-up your sleeves and have a knack for creative problem solving
  • Proactive approach to identifying improvements that can be made Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
  • Diligent budget management and vendor relations
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of Google Calendar, Word and Workday a bonus!
