THE TEAM

There are a lot of exciting things going on behind the scenes at Eventbrite. Our continued global growth has led to building out a best in class Accounting and Payroll team in Cork.  We’re looking to add core members to our existing Payroll team in Cork to join us as we continue to scale the company.


THE ROLE

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Cork based team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing all payroll related activities for a number of our legal entities in Europe and Asia-Pacific. You will ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll, including monitoring of key controls and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

YOU WILL

  • Ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for 100+ employees in the EMEA region while partnering with multiple payroll vendors
  • Ensure equity related transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate withholding and submission of payroll taxes and other deductions using multiple payroll platforms
  • Ensure all requirements are met for all government reporting, regulation and compliance for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions
  • Assist employees with payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with other teams within Eventbrite, including Accounting and HR
  • Special projects as needed, including migrating/consolidating current payroll vendors

THE SKILL SET

  • 2+ years International payroll experience
  • Regulatory payroll knowledge
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
  • Good payroll auditing techniques via reports and experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to listen attentively, adhere to tight-deadlines, multi-task, maintain confidentiality and adhere to the company’s standard of ethics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • IPASS certified or equivalent
  • Experience with ADP Streamline or similar payroll platform

Eventbrite's Cork office is a listed, 19th century building that used to be home to a national bank.
