The Eventbrite Product Marketing team works closely with product, sales, customer and marketing teams to empower event creators across the globe. Our product marketers combine deep customer knowledge, product expertise and competitive insight to demonstrate how the right combination of products and services help customers achieve their goals.


The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Event Creator target audience. You’ll strategically evaluate customer and market needs, the competitive landscape, and our product vision to define target audiences, shape our positioning, inform roadmap development, and build and execute on multi-channel go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate for this role has deep customer empathy, understands complex product offerings, and can communicate their benefits in a simple, compelling way.


  • Leverage deep product knowledge and an understanding of customer needs and challenges to develop and execute on effective messaging
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies that differentiate our solution and grow revenue in prioritized target segments
  • Influence the product roadmap related to your products and solutions by instilling a deep, actionable understanding of the highest-potential target segments and their needs
  • In partnership with Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Help Center and Design, develop solution-oriented content and deliverables that drive product awareness, adoption, repeat use and retention
  • Play a critical leadership role in driving the success of new offerings that help Eventbrite expand into new markets and create new revenue streams


  • 4-5 years of product marketing experience in software/tech industry
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills, with an ability to triangulate limited data into business-relevant insights
  • Strong storytelling, messaging and writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical functionality into compelling customer-centric narratives
  • A growth mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills and a creative “make it happen” spirit
  • Able to pick up technical concepts quickly
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, and expertise at managing multiple work streams with cross-functional dependencies
  • Bonus: Experience in organizing events and/or an active Eventbrite user with a passion for live events
