We're looking for a talented, organized and collaborative Program Manager, Legal to help drive organization and effectiveness for Eventbrite’s global legal team.



The Eventbrite Legal team oversees the company’s global legal and compliance efforts.  We partner across the company to develop creative and thoughtful legal solutions that drive the business. We're a close knit team who enjoys working together and extremely passionate about what we do.



This person will also provide support to the legal team in a variety of capacities and assist with special projects as needed. You will partner closely with the team as a whole and act as a liaison for internal and external partners. You will have access to some of the most critical information on where the company is headed, and will be trusted to nurture and protect it.


  • Manage outside counsel budget, billing guidelines, coordinating with outside law firms, invoices approval and spend tools, including SimpleLegal and WorkDay 
  • Act as liaison to our Board of Directors serving as a key point of contact for questions, scheduling and coordinating meetings and materials, preparing board communications, and expertly coordinating the Board of Directors and Committee meetings. 
  • Work on special projects for the team which may include research, analysis, and slide deck preparation 
  • Manage the legal alias, Slack channel and Legal mail to ensure that communications are routed to the correct party
  • Own Eventbrite entity maintenance and compliance 
  • Support the Legal Team day-to-day in calendar strategy and management, research and background material compilation, travel coordination, 
  • Plan team offsites, team-building events and meetings
  • Coordinate document execution and management, maintain reports, complete forms and own communication flow internally and externally


  • Experience and demonstrated success at all levels of administrative and compliance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and flexibility
  • Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Polished communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft emails, all-hands decks, materials and other important messaging collateral
