You’ll support recruiting efforts across Europe by scheduling candidates and working with our hiring managers and interview panels across our European offices including Madrid, Amsterdam, London, Berlin and Cork. 


Our Recruiting team’s mission is to build pipelines of talent and efficiently hire new Britelings through relationships, influence, branding, and experiences. We have a tight-knit, quick-moving, and fun loving team of recruiters and coordinators who seek out the best talent for Eventbrite. We partner closely with our hiring teams to identify their needs and empower them to make mission-critical hiring decisions for their team. We believe recruiting should be a company-wide effort, that candidate experience comes first, and that hiring should be based on relationships and not transactions.



As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’re the anchor for our Recruiting team. You'll be the first and only coordination support to our recruiting efforts in Europe and you’ll work closely with our Global Recruiting Operations Manager to ensure our processes lend themselves to each European geo.  We’re looking for you to be an Eventbrite brand ambassador -- you’ll ensure that our candidate experience is delightful and smooth every step of the way! You won’t be afraid to work autonomously and build strong working relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and all the awesome people on our BX team. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our processes are efficient and meaningful for the rest of the organisation, and jump in to take on new projects to help us continuously raise the bar.


  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills in Spanish and in English
  • Exceptional attention to detail -- we juggle complex schedules and tough requests without ever dropping the ball
  • Candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible interview experiences for every person we interact with. You’re a real people-person who can make anyone feel comfortable and taken care of
  • Strong problem solving skills -- you can fix an issue in a pinch without missing a beat (or breaking a sweat)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Collaborative team player (you’re able to work with everyone, from your teammates to the CEO) and flexibility in taking on new assignments in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with owning programs and managing projects
  • Strong critical thinking with a creative mindset
  • You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
  • The make-it-happen spirit 
  • Passion for Eventbrite and the ability to speak to our technology and industry


  • Fluency in other European languages
  • Experience with CRM/ATS databasesExperience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience coordinating through an applicant tracking system
  • Experience in a Recruiting or HR organisation
  • Previous experience working for a startup
  • A sharp sense of humour  (you know when to be all business and when an emoji is needed!)
