The focus of the Global Revenue Enablement team is on increasing the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Worldwide Sales Acquisition and Retention business. We support these teams via training, coaching, content and tool design and much more. The metrics that matter to us include time to profitability for our new hires, employee retention and engagement.  We focus on increasing the size, speed and number of opportunities our Sales team and Account Managers can sell and retain and increased visibility and predictability of the business.

As a member of the Sales Enablement team, you’ll be in a unique position to support and help drive our continued growth in North America with opportunities to influence the process worldwide.


As the Sales Enablement Manager,  you’ll own the training and enablement needs of our North American business, which includes our Sales Development, Account Executive, and Customer Success teams.  This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You will help plan, manage and execute a range of enablement activities including new hire onboarding, continuous learning and reinforcement, annual sales kickoffs, and other enablement initiatives and projects.  You’ll manage the onboarding program, ensuring new team members quickly achieve performance objectives, as well as track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and interventions.   You will also partner with Sales Leaders to determine training needs of all frontline Britelings. As a cross functional player, you will collaborate with other teams in order to provide information to sales teams on product, process, and other changes/updates that may affect the sales team as part of ongoing training and preparedness. Although the focus of this role is primarily North America, you will be part of a global team and may be asked to drive global initiatives. The position requires a self-starter with strong project management skills, great communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand the sales process and work with a variety of roles within the organization.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college or university.
  • 5+ years of related experience in sales, sales leadership, training or learning and development required.
  • Proven success in Sales or Account Management.
  • Thorough understanding of the entire sales process and ability to coach reps at all levels of the organization.
  • Focus on providing a top-notch onboarding and ongoing development experience.
  • Ability to support and partner with the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and articulate sales and training programs.
  • A self-starter who is action orientated with  high attention to detail.
  • This position consists of up to 10% of travel - our offices are in pretty awesome cities!
