The Incubation Unit at Eventbrite fosters the progression of new business ideas/initiatives from ideation through validation and growth phases. As products mature it becomes mission critical to work alongside our existing sales and marketing infrastructure in the acquisition of new business and monetisation of existing customers. Given Eventbrite’s already robust product offering, there has become a need to develop experts, across all new and evolving business lines, to support the solutioning, sale and delivery of these products against our most strategic accounts.

This role lives in the exciting and fast-paced Incubation business unit. A team full of exceptionally talented and experienced strategists, operators and entrepreneurs helping to build Eventbrite’s future products and services. Living outside of Eventbrite’s traditional business unit structure, this highly flexible and nimble team operates semi-autonomously from the existing infrastructure and processes. You will bridge the gap between the incubation team and our existing sales and account management teams and help validate and grow Eventbrite’s newest lines of business and solutions. 



This role is an integral part of the Incubation team and a strategic partner to our global sales and retention teams. Demonstrating expertise across all new and emerging businesses and partnerships, you will own the technical relationships with clients for all incubated products. As the solutions expert, you will be challenged with managing product and solutions meetings, coordinating with internal product resources, obtaining organiser requirements and translating these in specific solution design and/or Enterprise offer. These initiatives should work in conjunction and alongside Eventbrite’s standard sales process, with the Account Executive driving the business side of the opportunity, enabling and coaching the sellers on how to navigate the sale of these products, and ultimately ensuring delivery of these products. Advanced product knowledge, a deep understanding in all major company initiatives and the ability to collaborate across multiples business units will be mission critical to your success in this role.


  • Business degree
  • Proven and demonstrable client facing sales and/or project management experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
  • Proven understanding of sales and customer success processes
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience presenting and delivering pitches, demonstrating the value of proposed solutions
  • Proven understanding for competitive landscape and  ticketing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence with credibility and confidence with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to assess and address customer requirements with creative solutions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and geographies
