The focus of the Global Revenue Enablement team is on increasing the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Worldwide Sales Acquisition and Retention business. We support these teams via training, coaching, content and tool design and much more. The metrics that matter to us include time to profitability for our new hires, employee retention and engagement. We focus on increasing the size, speed and number of opportunities our Sales team and Account Managers can sell and retain and increased visibility and predictability of the business.

As a member of the Revenue Enablement team, you’ll be in a unique position to support and help drive our continued growth in Latin America with opportunities to influence the process worldwide.
As the Sales Training Manager, you’ll own the training and enablement needs of our Brazil and Argentina business, which includes our Business Development, Account Executive, and Account Management teams. In this capacity, you will participate in the development and delivery of a range of enablement activities including new hire onboarding, continuous learning and reinforcement, annual sales kickoffs, and other enablement initiatives and projects. You’ll manage the onboarding program, ensuring new team members quickly achieve performance objectives, as well as track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and interventions. You will also partner with Sales Leaders to determine training needs of all frontline Britelings. As a cross functional player, you will collaborate with other teams in order to provide information to sales teams on product, process, and other changes/updates that may affect the sales team as part of ongoing training and preparedness.
