You will be joining a high performing group of individuals that serve as the backbone for the revenue engine and contribute to shaping our technology strategy and delivering profitable business outcomes.  We are looking for someone to join our team that thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment and loves problem solving and building for scale.


THE TEAM

Revenue Operations’ mission is to enable the revenue engine to grow quickly and efficiently, from the first touch to ongoing support and expansion with every customer. Our goal is to deliver in-depth insights into how we perform across multiple channels, maintain a solid technical foundation as the business scales, and enable our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams. We are innovators who thrive on finding wins through improvements to systems, processes, training, and enhanced data intelligence. 


THE ROLE

As the Eventbrite business continues to grow and increase in complexity, we are looking to build on our team of dedicated Salesforce Administrators & Developers responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system and the needs of our sales and marketing employee base. Currently, our team has a global footprint, with team members based in Nashville, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Cork. 

YOU WILL

  • Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor and identify insights from the user support requests we receive
  • Working with Enablement, Sales & Customer Experience, use the insights to surface potential issues, set priorities for addressing areas of improvement, and track progress against current goals
  • Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com
  • Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
  • Longer term, this role has the growth potential to own the ongoing strategy for our internal Salesforce Self-Service training portal 

THE SKILL SET

  • For Admins: 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator 
  • For Developers: 2+ as a Salesforce Administrator plus at least 1 year’s experience as a Salesforce Developer 
  • Core tech stack includes Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightning), Salesforce Service Cloud (Lightning), Hubspot, Gainsight, Gong, Ambition & Genesys PureCloud
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, results oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude and love for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever-evolving environment
  • Driven and self motivated with a bias towards collaboration and a sense of urgency to deliver results
