The Senior Director of UX Design Studio will lead the UX design, research, and writing functions for Eventbrite’s two-sided marketplace. Reporting to the SVP of Design, this role oversees the overall craft and execution of the team, ensuring impactful customer experiences across Creator, Consumer, and Platform product areas.
We are looking for a visionary leader who can champion the importance of craft and cultivate a strong sense of community and culture within the team. This role requires someone who can inspire a team of high-performing creatives while fostering collaboration across product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on a unified vision for success for our customers.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
