The Sales FP&A team supports Eventbrite’s worldwide sales organization by providing decision support for deals, deal capital allocation, compensation strategy, bookings pipeline analysis & revenue reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
The individual who fills this role will participate in all responsibilities related to calculating, processing, analyzing and reporting sales compensation, and addressing related queries. This individual will have significant exposure to senior leadership across multiple functions. An ability to communicate complex analysis linking corporate performance to individual sales rep efforts will be key. This role will also be responsible for building scalable processes through effective utilization of existing/new systems and collaboration with key business partners.
