We are scaling our People Operations team to support our domestic and international expansion, and continue our investment in our #1 asset: our people (our “Britelings”).


The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a functional expert in the areas of Workday, HR data analysis and HR process enhancement. The consultant will also play a key role in many company-wide projects and will partner with leaders across the entire organization on a daily basis. A successful Consultant must have an in-depth knowledge of Workday functionality to be able to maintain and improve the daily operation of our HRIS system.

THE ROLE

Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to other functions.

YOU WILL

  • Gather requirements, design, test and implement enhancements in Workday
  • Post-Production support and troubleshooting with Workday users at all levels
  • Lead the design and maintenance of HCM reports and dashboards
  • Ensure tenant health by promoting Workday best practices
  • Drive user adoption of new and existing features via thoughtful and thorough change management
  • Conduct working sessions with users to gather, understand, and create business requirements
  • Recommend solution(s) based on evaluation of best courses of action
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data, running and creating audit reports
  • Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions
  • Ensure compliance and data integrity throughout the HR ecosystem via root-cause analysis and continuous process improvement

THE SKILL SET

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration and post-production support
  • Direct client support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver both a continuous improvement mindset and tangible high value change by analyzing data and providing actionable insights
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify key trends, and present data in a logical, concise manner
  • Comfortable with embracing change and working in an environment that encourages taking initiative for continual process improvements
  • Effective interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with diverse employees, management and others
  • Ability to learn and interpret the policies and procedures, techniques and rules governing human resources management across international boundaries

BONUS POINTS

  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, etc.) or proficient in SQL, R, SAS, Python
  • Prior experience in at least one programming language
  • Workday certified or courses taken in the following areas: Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboard, Business Processes, Compensation, Benefits, Security
