The Eventbrite Marketing team brings solutions to market that empower event organizers across the globe to achieve their goals using Eventbrite’s platform, and builds brand affinity and loyalty amongst consumers. The team is responsible for driving business growth by building integrated go-to-market strategies that aim to inspire and differentiate.
Reporting directly to the SVP Marketing, the Head of Brand Marketing will help to craft the Eventbrite narrative through strategic positioning work, creative storytelling and awe-inspiring campaigns that build a lasting impression on event organizers and attendees. We are looking for a creative and strategic brand marketing professional who brings a customer-centric passion to the business, and can shape our market-facing positioning and narrative, campaigns and assets into highly differentiated digital and physical experiences.
A successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker who can partner closely with our Brand Communications (Design) team and external agencies to turn GTM ideas into creative execution. You’ll lead teams in active brainstorms. You’ll partner with other departments within the marketing organization to build more powerful marketing campaigns. You are an expert at developing brand positioning through proven frameworks, and understand how to apply these frameworks to the campaigns you develop and execute. You have worked with global teams and within multi-layered markets to develop market positioning that is in line with local sensibilities and customer segments. Finally, you have a vision for how to build a brand marketing organization that provides a sustainable advantage in a highly competitive market through extraordinary storytelling abilities.
