THE TEAM

Our Briteling Experience (BX) team is charged with attracting, engaging, and retaining the diverse talent we need to win. We seek to understand the conditions of each team around the globe and adopt Total Rewards solutions proactively in order to build the employee experience necessary for Britelings to perform exceptionally. THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative Sr. Compensation Manager to design, implement, communicate, and drive compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. Only candidates who are detailed, results-oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a demanding, fast-paced, and agile environment will be successful. This role will work with HR partners and senior leaders and play an active role in formulating the on-going compensation strategy across the organization.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead compensation consulting for the business, serve as primary compensation point of contact for HR partners, executives, and internal partners within client groups globally
  • Design, deliver, and manage compensation programs, including effectively challenging clients when needed
  • Manage Incentive Plans for designated groups and support the sales compensation partner, with a strong emphasis on plan design, implementation, and administration. Responsibilities also include management and analysis of external market data and ensuring incentive plans meet strict internal and external governance/compliance standards
  • Work with internal partners (e.g., HR partners, Finance, Legal,etc.) take a hands on approach to companywide programs and/or processes (job hierarchy, incentive design, sales compensation), including conducting in-depth analyses and modeling in support of total compensation scenarios

THE SKILL SET

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, 7+ years’ experience managing global compensation programs in a publicly traded company
  • Ability to lead compensation cycles for the organization, ensuring smooth execution
  • Lead strategic compensation projects, key initiatives and M&A work as required. 
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offer packages for external hires
  • Conduct job evaluation using market data and internal evaluation and regularly analyze our market position on jobs
  • Assist with the development of proposals and presentations about compensation programs (including job hierarchy, market data, and appropriate pay levels/targets) to influence and educate senior leaders
  • Draft project plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide Britelings, managers, and HR partners with timely and accurate information regarding compensation initiatives
  • Manage our job architecture through the development of job descriptions, including auditing jobs for content and preparing descriptions reflecting responsibilities and requirements, as needed
  • Fanatical attention to detail and process integrity is a must
