As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be part of a team that ensures that the Eventbrite platform runs efficiently, securely, and at scale.

Our technology spans the web, mobile, API, big data, machine learning, search, physical point of sale, and scanning systems.
As a member of the Operations team, you will share the responsibility for our entire platform, including our production, QA, and development infrastructure. You will manage systems and services via automation and coding. You will own requirements and capacity analysis, service configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and resolving network behavior, performance and application issues using standard open source tools. As a member of our close knit team, you will mentor developers on how to monitor and debug their code in production, to enable them to move swiftly and safely through the platform. You’ll partner closely with the Security team to ensure that Eventbrite’s systems, services and data are protected against unauthorized use, disclosure, modification, damage and loss. Ultimately, you will oversee the smooth operation of Eventbrite’s platform from frontend to backend.
