THE ROLE


The Total Rewards Analyst supports both the Sr. Manager of Global Benefits and Sr. Manager of  Global Compensation in day to day operations as well as the implementation, and administration of compensation and benefit programs including salary administration, job evaluations, salary/market pricing analysis, benefit plan audits and regulatory reporting, system set-up and benefit program analysis/reporting.

YOU WILL

  • BENEFITS:
  • Support the Senior Manager, Global Benefits with global benefit programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary programs, wellness, FSA, EAP, COBRA, 401(k)/pension, leave of absence, time-off, etc. for our Britelings around the globe
  • Ensure smooth administration of leaves of absence, including but not limited to PDL and FMLA/CFRA
  • Assist with US open enrollment, including HR system administration, data accuracy of benefit information, event planning, program renewals, and communications
  • Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, insurers and vendors to ensure timely customer service and accurate cost-effective plan administration

  • Ensure plan compliance with regulatory filings, notices, ACA mandates, plan audits, non-discrimination testing, etc.

  • Ensure the reliability, accuracy and security of the benefit data used for reporting and analysis purposes; conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy in Eventbrite and 3rd party benefits systems of record
  • Review and reconcile monthly premium billings

  • Assists with fielding benefits questions and addressing Jira tickets
  • Prepare required and ad hoc reports related to benefit costs, premium contributions, regulatory reporting


  • COMPENSATION:
  • Support the Senior Manager, Global Compensation with compensation programs 
  • Act as a contact for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on matters such as compensation recommendations for job offers, job matching & leveling and answering compensation related questions
  • In partnership with the Finance team, develop cost models and forecast analyses for a variety of global compensation programs, budgets and tools, including, but not limited to, base pay structures, merit programs, and short and long-term incentive plans 
  • Develop and analyze global cash compensation market positioning and salary ranges to ensure market competitiveness and support of overall compensation strategy
  • Act as compensation subject matter expert for Workday configurations, reporting, and enhancements, and other HCM related projects
  • Provide market data and analysis for new positions in new locations and create new jobs and ranges as needed
  • Support the compensation review process, including administering online systems and tools
  • Complete and submit data for global compensation surveys
  • Analyze market data and develop annual salary increase budgets by geography and partner with finance team to ensure appropriate accruals
  • Ensure accuracy of job and compensation data in Workday
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related federal, state and San Francisco statutory requirements regarding compensation and remain up-to-date on current compensation-related legislation

THE SKILL SET

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to understand, interpret and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
  • Highly organized, outstanding project management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to the highest degree of accuracy
  • Experience using Workday HCM Advanced Compensation strongly preferred
  • Collaborative work style - team player with low-ego, highly effective verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to establish and maintain compliance of all plans and programs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using the Google Workspace
  • BA or BS in Finance or HR or a similar discipline or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in employee benefits and 3-5 years experience in compensation market analysis, plan design and administration
  • International benefits and compensation experience is a plus
  • Experience using compensation and benefits modules in Workday is a plus
