The Solutions & Services Team at Eventbrite fosters the progression of new business ideas/initiatives from ideation through validation and growth phases. As products and services become a growing revenue stream, it is crucial to create a world-class experience for creators that enable their success. Given Eventbrite’s robust solution offering, there has become a need to focus, across all new and evolving business lines, on the long-term strategy of how we support, retain, and expand our solution business. Our perfect candidate is someone who has the “make it happen” spirit and is excited about taking this challenge head on.


This role lives in the exciting and fast-paced Solutions & Services team. A team full of exceptionally talented and experienced strategists, operators and project managers helping to build Eventbrite’s future products and services. Living outside of Eventbrite’s traditional business unit structure, this highly flexible and nimble team operates semi-autonomously from the existing infrastructure and processes. Reporting directly to the Global Manager of Solution Operations & Services, you will bridge the gap between the product team and our existing sales and account management teams and help validate and grow Eventbrite’s newest lines of business and solutions.  


The Project Manager Role at Eventbrite is mission critical to the success of our Solutions Team. Working alongside the Global Sales, Customer Success, and Product Teams, you will be responsible with the consultation, solutioning, design and delivery of our products, based on your intimate understanding of our clients needs.  This blended role will require project management, solution design, relationship management and enablement skill-sets.


  • Coordinate with internal resources and clients to flawlessly execute Web Presence & Entegy deployments
  • Be the main point of contact for our customers on the technical build and design presentation/overview of solutions
  • Create implementation timelines and deliver against these timelines while ensuring operational efficiency
  • Train client and internal teams on process and backend, specific to how they will be using the system
  • Manage and identify risk with changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Help support and troubleshoot delivered project  
  • Plan and oversee all document aspects of a project
  • Manage internal resources and communication to ensure execution of projects


  • 2+ years in client facing role like Customer Success, Support, or Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Strong organisation skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail, and a resourceful problem ­solving attitude
  • An analytical and results focused mindset, coupled with a creative make­ it ­happen spirit
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and drive feature adoption
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of working cross functionally to resolve customer issues

About our Cork Office

Eventbrite's Cork office is a listed, 19th century building that used to be home to a national bank. The high ceilings and huge windows create light and space for the busy, growing team and, at every turn, there is something to discover - from the office library to the real-life vault in the basement!

Having started out as a customer services base, the Cork office is now home to a host of different teams and has a distinct energy as Britelings across different functions collaborate and support each other.
