THE CHALLENGE

Over the past 10 years, the Eventbrite team has grown from a small but mighty group in San Francisco to a global community of 800+ employees in over 10 countries. We are scaling our People Operations team to support our domestic and international expansion, and continue our investment in our #1 asset: our people (our “Britelings”).


As a Senior HR Systems Analyst/Architect, you will focus on secure administration of all HR Systems, including, but not limited to: Workday HRIS, Lever, Culture Amp, etc..  You will be responsible for all business process configurations, testing, and deployment for our HR systems, while ensuring data integrity.  You are super process-oriented, love to drive change within an organization, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sr. HR Systems Analyst/Architect to help support our Britelings and drive operational efficiency. You will be part of our larger Briteling Experience function which includes: Business Partners, People Operations, Recruiting, and Facilities. You will partner with cross functional teams from Payroll, Accounting, IT, Recruiting, and Business Partners. Eventbrite uses Workday as our core HRIS and HCM solution, Lever as our ATS, and a number of other core HR Systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with Workday and other HR systems experience to continuously improve our technology solutions and operations.  

YOU WILL

  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes.
  • Maintain security policies, roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare ad-hoc queries using Workday reporting features.
  • Accountable for data integrity of our HR systems. Proactively maintain Workday data integrity through audits and queries.
  • Help establish and execute timely Workday data processing and processes related to job requisitions, new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes.
  • Interface with IT to develop system solutions and requested enhancements.
  • Use strong analytical skills to interpret a wide variety of data from multiple sources.
  • Identify issues, conduct analyses and form conclusions.
  • Develop and prepare summary analyses to validate system accuracy.
  • Provide training for HR staff to ensure Workday and other HR system user fluency for processes including compensation cycles and benefits open enrollment.
  • Partner closely with the broader HR team and Business Partners in program delivery and other projects as assigned.

THE SKILL SET

  • In depth HRIS (Workday), HR systems and HR operations experience required.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in HR Systems.
  • Ability to partner closely with appropriate business partners across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.
  • Exceptional analytical problem solving and data modeling experience. Experience applying these skills to resolve operational performance problems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Can-do, make it happen attitude.
  • Self-starter and operational problem solver.
  • Ability to create simple, scalable processes.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment highly desired.
  • BA or BS degree.

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience implementing impactful HR Analytics
  • Global HR experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
