At Eventbrite, we aim to deliver groundbreaking event organizer tools and attendee experiences, globally. We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to connect our mission to our event Creators that fuel our platform.


The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group of marketers, strategists, designers, storytellers and makers, who work across product groups and functions and countries to help our Creators succeed. As a business, we succeed when our event Creators succeed. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise and collaborators to connect with, and support our customers at every touchpoint.


As the VP of Creator Marketing you will build the strategy for, and lead the global team that will partner with Product and Sales to develop a multi-channel GTM strategy, drive retention of our platform through lifecycle marketing efforts, and lead the global teams that flawlessly execute the plan. In this role, you will work closely with the CMO to craft the strategy and your peers in Brand and Creative to support your vision. You will inspire your global team of marketers to bring this strategy to life, and deliver business results.


  • Lead a marketing organization to drive Creator focused acquisition and retention strategies that drive the business forward on a global scale
  • Drive the strategy and execution of the Creator marketing initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals, including demand generation across all channels, SEO, performance marketing, customer acquisition, product marketing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead a customer-centric mindset in everything we do. You will drive a mindset of using data and quantitative research that translates into the humanity of our customers and connecting with them as individuals
  • Create a vision for the next phase of a high-velocity lead generation engine that supports a dual-channel acquisition strategy through both self-sign on as well as sales channels
  • Partner closely with product and revenue teams to understand our clients' needs, and create comprehensive go-to-market strategies that help our customers and our business succeed
  • Drive best-in-class product marketing including product positioning, GTM strategy, white papers, presentations and content that drive demand and equip our sales teams with quality leads
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that drives deeper engagement and LTV for our customers
  • Take a data-centric approach to gather customer insights and use the data to inform future marketing programs as well as optimize existing campaigns
  • Consistently look for ways to improve efficiency and the scalable nature of our marketing efforts through the right tools, processes, and partners
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop a large, diverse, and dispersed team of marketers to do the best work of their careers
  • Foster a culture of impact, discipline around KPIs, rapid iteration, and harnessing insights from the combination of data and user feedback
  • You are a builder, you challenge the status quo, and you are excited by the challenge of driving clarity from ambiguity, and balancing a long-term vision with short-term results


  • 20+ years of marketing experience
  • A track record of driving a performance minded marketing team that hits results
  • The marketing strategic and executional marketing leader of a standalone brand or company
  • Proven track record to develop strategy and inspire a team to manage and execute day-to-day tactics
  • Proven ability to partner with, and influence executive leadership
  • A clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive on change in a fast-paced environment
