Through our Eventbrite Spectrum Partner Program, we develop partnerships with leading technology companies focused on delivering best-in-class solutions to event organizers.  More than 150 partner extensions from some of the best companies in the world are already featured in Eventbrite Spectrum. Our goal is to continually add partners that have developed deep integrations using Eventbrite APIs and our platform capabilities. Eventbrite is deeply committed to building and fostering these partnerships, and this platform strategy is core to the way we do business.


THE TEAM

The Platform and Partnerships team is responsible for all aspects of partner recruitment, onboarding, and support.  Working with a wide array of partners, from the largest tech companies to fast-growing startups, we are the face of Eventbrite to companies that are looking partner with Eventbrite and build on top of our API and platform capabilities.  

 

THE ROLE

The Platform Partner Manager will be responsible for working with existing partners, as well as onboarding new Eventbrite Spectrum and Distributed Commerce partners. This person will have a critical role in ensuring the success of our partners and that Eventbrite organizers and attendees are taking advantage of partner capabilities. In addition to working closely with partners, the Platform Partner Manager will be responsible for working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the continued success and adoption of these programs.  

THE SKILL SET

  • Strong partner management and/or account management skills; ability to handle a large portfolio of partners and ensure effective support provided across those partners
  • Facility troubleshooting API-related issues and testing API functions
  • Ability to guide partners through integrating Eventbrite APIs, including developing expertise on capabilities of Eventbrite APIs and translating that into recommended workflows for partners
  • Ability to negotiate with partners to reach mutual agreement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with external and internal stakeholders

BONUS POINTS

  • Data analytics experience, including proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working with Legal teams to draft and redline contracts
