Our environment is fast-paced. We require the ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision and manage aggressive goals. Eventbrite is at a point of growth where we have more large cross-functional initiatives that need to be planned and executed in synch across the company to ensure success. We’re looking for someone with excellent problem solving skills and a passion for making things happen. We are facilitators, responsible for driving work forward while ensuring our processes are lightweight and focused on delivering value. We are enablers and problem solvers, responsible for doing what it takes to clear roadblocks and ensure that the teams stays focused and on track to meet our delivery goals. We are communicators, charged with bringing visibility and setting expectations between teams cross-functionally and to our stakeholders.
This role has a wide range of responsibilities, from working with leadership on cross-team prioritization & execution strategies, to driving strategic cross-functional business initiatives from inception-to-launch, to working day-to-day with our agile development teams. It requires a highly motivated individual with an eye for detail while keeping perspective on the big picture; someone who can excel in cross-group collaboration and communication with a drive to make things happen.
