  • Exceed the average representation of female and underrepresented minorities in tech (17%) at the global team level by the end of 2021
  • Partner with DEI-aligned organizations, including #HireBlack, Code2College and WomenWhoCode
  • Diversify our board and executive team with a focus on non-white and intersectional backgrounds
  • Pay and promote female and ethnically underrepresented employees at an equal rate to their majority peers
  • Build our teams’ collective aptitude on diversity, equity and inclusion through ongoing education and learning opportunities
  • Celebrate the global, diverse cultures of our Britelings
  • Put equity and inclusion front and center as we create our future hybrid work environment
  • Continue regular pay analysis across the organization to ensure equal pay among employees of all races, ethnicities, and genders
  • Amplify event creators and their events that promote education and action towards racial and gender equity 
  • Employees contribute service hours in local communities through our Community Engagement Time Off (CETO) program, expanding understanding, advocacy and engagement for social justice and increasing their sense of belonging at Eventbrite
  • Focus policy, partner, and advocacy efforts around advancing racial and gender equity 

Our work has just begun, but we’re making progress. Since launching these commitments last year, we have:

  • Increased our percentage of ethnically underrepresented Britelings at the global team and board levels
  • Retained underrepresented Britelings at greater rates
  • Promoted underrepresented Britelings at an equal or greater rate than majority populations 

 

At the end of 2021, and going forward on an annual basis, we will share data on how we’re tracking against each of our commitments.
