THE TEAM

As a Marketing Content Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering marketing support to our top-performing event creators. THE ROLE

As a Marketing Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering marketing support to our top-performing event creators. This involves managing the inflow of marketing support requests from the Sales team, ensuring that all marketing support is delivered by the marketing channels in a timely and effective manner, and setting up performance reports to provide insights back to the creators.

A Day in Your Role

Imagine starting your day with the pulse of Eventbrite's dynamic ecosystem at your fingertips. As the Marketing Content Operations Manager, your mornings are spent sifting through a vibrant array of marketing support requests from our Sales team. Each request is a new story, a new opportunity to empower our top-performing event creators, transforming their visions into palpable experiences through precise and timely marketing support.

As the day unfolds, your role morphs into that of an orchestrator, harmonizing the efforts of various marketing channels. You're in constant communication, ensuring that from social media blasts to targeted email campaigns, every piece of marketing collateral aligns perfectly with each event creator's unique needs and timelines. It's a dance you know well, one that requires both grace and agility.

The afternoon brings a shift in focus towards the analytical. With a keen eye, you dive into the performance reports of past marketing initiatives, extracting insights like a seasoned miner. These reports aren't just numbers; they're the compass guiding future strategies, helping you and the team refine our approach to support our event creators even better.

Through it all, you're more than just a coordinator; you're the bridge connecting Sales, Marketing, and Data teams. Your efforts ensure that communication flows seamlessly, that collaboration flourishes, and that Eventbrite's marketing engine runs more efficiently and effectively with each passing day. Yours is a role of impact, enabling our event creators to shine brighter in the dynamic marketplace of experiences.
