Are you a Paid Social expert ready to take the lead on campaigns that truly move the needle? At Eventbrite, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to join our in-house Growth Marketing team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll own paid social strategy and execution across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.
You’ll be trusted to drive full-funnel performance marketing campaigns — from strategic planning and audience segmentation to creative testing, optimization, and performance analysis. This isn’t a siloed media role — you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Demand Gen, Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Paid Search to create integrated marketing experiences that scale.
We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes paid social, knows how to optimize at scale, and thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. If you love balancing creative experimentation with analytical rigor — and want your work to make a measurable impact — we want to hear from you.
You’ll join our centralized Growth Marketing team — a multi-disciplinary group focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle growth. We’re strategic thinkers, builders, and performance drivers, working hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and data science teams. We value autonomy, innovation, and collaboration — and we’re building a best-in-class engine to support both event creators and attendees around the globe.
