THE TEAM


The Growth Marketing team at Eventbrite is a seasoned and geographically diverse group of B2B, performance, and account marketers located across the US and Europe. Collaboration extends beyond the team to include key partnerships with Sales, Product, Finance, Design, and Data departments, ensuring a measurably impactful approach to unified growth strategies.

THE ROLE


As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will revolutionize our lead nurturing program and come up with innovative ideas on how to nurture leads through the funnel - we use the HubSpot platform to optimize conversion funnels, nurture leads, and drive business growth. You will leverage HubSpot's suite of tools and features to improve marketing workflows, analyze performance metrics, and deliver targeted campaigns across various channels, with a specific focus on optimizing the funnel from Lead to MQL to SQL.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve our lead nurturing campaigns so that any person who fills in a lead generation form feels welcomed, excited and eager to speak with our sales team.
  • Create and optimize workflows, automation rules, email campaigns and other digital assets (including landing pages) using HubSpot's content management and optimization tools.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies using the HubSpot platform to optimize conversion funnels from Lead to MQL to SQL and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate and align with sales to ensure leads delivered are high quality, followed up with in a timely manner and that SDR touch patterns and messaging reflect the users initial journey.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to identify winning strategies and tactics for improving MQL conversion rates and lead engagement.
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams including marketing, revops, sales, and product to bring growth initiatives that nurture, engage and progress quality leads through the sales funnel.
  • Leverage the power of Ai to deliver projects and experiment faster while still maintaining quality production and output.
  • Configure and manage HubSpot workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring models to streamline lead management processes and improve lead quality.
  • Utilize HubSpot's analytics and reporting features to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and marketing automation, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the HubSpot support team and external partners to troubleshoot issues, implement new features, and optimize HubSpot configurations.
  • Guide marketing team members on HubSpot best practices and usage, ensuring effective utilization of the platform across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HubSpot workflows, processes, and strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

THE SKILLSET

  • Proven experience (5 years+) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related role, with a strong focus on leveraging marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • HubSpot certification(s) preferred, with demonstrated proficiency in configuring and managing HubSpot workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring models.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and practices, with experience in creating and optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks, with a track record of driving improvements in conversion rates and lead engagement.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze key performance metrics using HubSpot's analytics and reporting features.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience working in cross-functional growth teams
  • Salesforce Hands On experience is a plus.
