This role sits within the Business Operations team and partners daily with Sales, Customer Success, and Support leadership. You’ll lead analytics initiatives that fuel growth, optimize performance, and elevate customer experiences. These initiatives include owning the AI strategy for Sales & Services data needs, ensuring our teams harness predictive, prescriptive, and generative insights that unlock value.
You’ll translate complexity into clarity, building deliverables that enable decisive action, while fostering resilience and accountability across your team. You’ll regularly engage with executives, influence strategy, and ensure operational excellence through both data rigor and innovative problem-solving. This role operates in a highly matrixed environment, requiring close collaboration across functions and geographies to align priorities, balance competing demands, and drive unified outcomes.
